Marbella Town Center

Plaza de Los Naranjos

Marbella town’s main square with the original town hall set in an orange grove (giving its name to the square), traditional buildings with many popular restaurants and bars, affording a unique ambience where the smell of orange blossom fills the air.

Plaza de la Iglesia

Marbellas most famous church “Iglesia de Nuestra Se;ora de la Encarnacion”, with recently renovated interior and close to the charming Capilla San Juan de Dios.

Parque La Alameda

A beautiful tropical botanical garden with fountains dividing Marbellas old town from the beachside, the main stop for traditional horse and carriage tour rides.

Avenida del Mar

Famous for its large marble avenue leading from the park down to the beach and Marbella Port. A stylish walkway lined with Salvatore Dali statues making it one of Marbellas most visited areas.

El Capricho

Going north from the Don Pepe Hotel, we pass by Marbellas Congress center and tourist point of reference the “Piruli” Copper Tower and El Cortes Ingles El Capricho. One of the most recent apartment complexes in this area is Jardines del Principe, a gated community many apartments with exceptional views. Surrounded by independent villas to one side of the road and townhouses to the other, in the established and original area of El Capricho, just next to a large public park with its same name and Swans International Primary School.

La Virginia

Located just behind El Capricho, this charming Andalusian picturesque village with private chapel, is highly sought after for its proximity to the town and village atmosphere.

El Calvario

This unique area is quintessentially Spanish, with independent villas with private swimming pools and a few select townhouse complexes. From its highest point it is only a 5 minutes’ walk to Marbellas main street.

Casco Antiguo

Marbellas Old Town with many renovated desirable homes. Walking distance to the beach and all amenities.

El Fuerte going East Beachside
